FOUNDER & CEO

Chuck Donaldson boasts over 18 years of experience in, specializing in personnel development, sales, and operations management -attributing his success to his extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and operations leadership.

Chuck started In aesthetics with a small medspa. Under his leadership, the company rapidly expanded nationwide, becoming one of the world's largest aesthetic service providers. He played a pivotal role in growing the business from its early stages to achieving nearly $250 million in annual revenue. Chuck's strategic hiring and implementation of effective systems transformed the business into an international success.

BRECK MULLER

VICE PRESIDENT OF MEDICAL OPERATIONS

Breck, owner of BRECK Aesthetics & Wellness, graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant studies from The University of Oklahoma in 2010 and received a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2019. She is certified by A4M in Weight Management and Peptide Therapy.

Breck has over 13 years experience in the aesthetics and medical operation industry. She recently served as Vice President of Medical Operations at Ideal Image, where her team of Medical Regionals led over 1000 medical professionals in 160 clinics across the US and Canada.

ERIN SHANNON, PA-C

CLINICAL PRECEPTOR

Erin brings over two decades of medical expertise and a profound commitment to weight loss and wellness to Breck Aesthetics. Her journey began with a BS in Biology from the University of Buffalo and a BS in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College. In 1998 she embarked on her medical career in head and neck surgery and facial plastics followed by a career in aesthetic medicine and education.

Erin was a Clinical Preceptor and Injectable Trainer at Ideal Image for over a decade. Erin loves connecting with her patients and helping them achieve their goals with personalized support and guidance. She is a birding enthusiast and enjoys photography in her spare time as well.

LISA VANIAS, PA-C

CLINICAL PRECEPTOR

Lisa has been a certified Physician Assistant/Associate for 22 years. She previously practiced GI, Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine in Atlanta, GA before moving to Miami, Florida. She has been dedicated to aesthetics for 16 years and has a passion for health and wellness.

She is currently devoted to learning more about diet, organic foods and healthier alternatives. In addition, she enjoys cooking, spending quality time with friends/family, reading and going for long walks to recently include her first 5K.

LYDIA WALLACE

CLINICAL PRECEPTOR

Lydia Wallace is our senior aesthetic consultant and clinical preceptor. With over 25 years in the healthcare and aesthetics industry; she has and continues to provide her services dedicated to the continuing education of clinical aesthetic treatment providers. Lydia prides herself in the practice of safe and natural results utilizing medical treatments from devices and natural products as they emerge into the aesthetic market. Lydia is both knowledgeable and constantly on top of new trends as they emerge. We are extremely excited to have her knowledge based teaching available to our medical partnerships.
